My 1st and last visit. A member with the black card asked me to accompany him to the gym. On the way there I contemplated if might join. I accidentally left my earbuds at home. I asked if they had any and was told it would be $5.99 + tax for the worst quality I have ever had. After the workout, the member wanted to use the massage chair and wanted me to join him. I went and sat next to him and was asked to leave the room in case another member wanted to use it. I let the employee know that this is not a good 1st impression. He said he was going to eat his food and whatever the other guy said is what it is.

I've just started going to the gym. I hate working out... Hate it, but I'm getting old and want to be healthier. PF has a low price and lots of locations. Not sure I'm well versed to know how good the equipment is but everything seemed in good order. The staff hasn't really interacted with me much, just scan my card then I'm in. Need to check back in a couple months and see how I feel then.

Excellent staff members, helpful and friendly; all of them are really good at their job, they always help you when you need it. Ashley and Kiana are the best!The location is very, very clean (every moment of the day). Very happy with my experience there. With the training program I got I really lost weight, to be exactly was 10lbs. I am sad to leave but I hope to comeback when my job is less time consuming. Thank you!

Started working out here last month and my experience has been nothing short of exceptional.
The staff here are really nice and the trainer is an absolute inspiration.
I am a black card holder, which is the most convenient membership option because I travel a lot and never want to skip gym. The black card allows you to use all gyms across the states

Very complete gym. Lots of people, but there is more than enough space for everybody. Very judgement free. Friendly staff.

I suppose you get what you pay for. The bicycle machines are almost always broken down and out of order. Disgusting cockroaches in the locker rooms. They always ask you for your phone number to identify yourself as the guest.

Quaint. Decent range of equipment but not as much as some of the other locations. Not as large as some of the other locations as well but has what you need to get the job done. Don't really care for the fact that the machines are kind of close together. Kind of feels like you're working out with somebody.

wish I could give it zero stars! My daughter signed up a couple weeks ago, everything was okay. But then my 2 year grandson started getting hit and bit in the day care. My daughter asked the general manager whose name is Adam, for footage of the incident and an incident report to further my knowledge on what happened exactly with my TWO YEAR OLD GRANDSON. Adam then began to get rude with my daughter and told her to calm down after she kept asking for the footage which they are legally supposed to show you. Then as she's crying about my grandson being hurt in the daycare and asking why the doors were locked in the day care and I couldn't get in Adam starts laughing saying he can't do anything about it. DONT go to fitness CF off of turkey lake road. Especially if you plan on using the day care. Firstly, the managers are unprofessional and immature and secondly they mistreat and apparently abuse children.

Great place but the only thing that bothered me was they cancel your membership without even letting you know the details. When i signed up for the membership if i owed any of the other locations money they could have let me know than instead of waiting 2 weeks and canceling me without letting me know....would have paid what i owe than. They really need to figure out a better way of letting people know they are cancled, not when they get ready to workout...smh

Worst planet fitness i have been to and ive been to about 35 locations. When doing abs you will see that the floors must never be cleaned. Bathrooms are dirty, you got a fouset that leaks water 24/7. And color preferenced employees. I got told what not to do while using 3 dumbells while everyone else does worse and nothing gets told to them. You will notice that no one at this gym even cleans the machines. If you are going to enforce the rules do it with everyone not just who you want based off of skin color.

Great place to work out. Its not too crowded well at least during the time I go. I like the purple color scheme, it really stands out.

Terrible staff. They harass you about making any noises. My boyfriend was doing lunges at the front of the gym near the front desk and sat down his 25lb dumbells (not hard at all but they do make a soft noise because they are heavy and the floor is hard) and a staff member came over and said "we have a strict policy of dropping weights - it's not allowed so you need to be more quiet" my boyfriend said "Bro I didn't drop those weights you watch me set them down on the ground easily" and the guy says "well it was more like a borderline drop but I heard it from the front" so of course my boyfriend responds "you heard it at the front because I am 5 ft from the front desk". I understand the gym environment they try to create and I appreciate it but I travel to different cities throughout fl, ga, and sc every week for work and we NEVER have problems. Two of my other coworkers went to this gym the night before and had a similar encounter. This gym and staff was just way too on top of you and looking for any way to call you out - the opposite of a "judge free zone".

I joined this club last week. I am very happy with the cleanliness and completeness of the facility. The staff is pleasant, courteous and enthusiastic. They want you to succeed in your fitness goals.

Typical planet fitness. Location has massage chairs but none of the extras other planet fitness's have. Parking is limited close to the gym yet there is a large parking structure that people can use.

A little smaller than other locations I've been to. Besides that everything is great. Friendly staff, clean facilities, good parking, etc.
