My two sons have been attending this school for eight years and we couldn't be happier with the school and it's owner/instructor. I enrolled my boys because they where bullied in school and I wanted them to have confidence in themselves. Master Steger has surpassed our expectations and has helped our kids with their confidence and their skill to protect themselves. Now 3rd degree black belts working on their 4th degree I know that this training will benefit them throughout their entire lives. Thank you Tim Steger for setting a superior example of what taekwondo was meant to be. Signed a very satisfied customer.
My son loves this place the teacher is funny and fun my son has learned a lot from here and when we com on Friday is dodgeball!
Its a great martial art school. The master is great; he is caring and can be very serious but still a great teacher.

We were referred by a friend to Total Martial Arts and Fitness, without knowing what to expect. It's pure joy watching the kids learn in a safe, nurturing environment.
