Jose is an amazing personal trainer with many years of experience training all types of people. I have been training with him for 6 months and can really see a big difference. He really knows what he is doing.

JOSE really cares about each client and his support and long-time experience enabled him to plan and adapt a fitness routine that worked really well for me- a 70+ year old woman!

My experience with Fitness Innovations, was amazing. Jose is a very knowledgeable trainer. That focus on you only, giving you a one on one personalized training. I was more than pleased with my training. I was able to learned a lot from jose. I highly recommend him.
