We stayed at Boulan for a week. We were given the wrong room but after speaking to reception they went above and beyond to correct the situation. The hotel is clean and is constantly being disinfected. The staff are all so helpful and nice! Big shootout to Danny for exceeding service expectations and giving us great recommendations!!! Will definitely come back!

Enormous great suite in a central location. Friendly helpful staff made our stay in Miami very enjoyable. Fantastic roof top pool, with the beach close by if you need sand under your feet.

Hotel itself was nice but they had a party in the courtyard until all hours with music blasting into our room until around 1AM. I asked them to turn the music down and nearly got into a fist fight with security over it (and I wasn't drinking). To their credit, the daytime manager apologized and got us a new room the next day.

The Boulan was nothing short of perfect. The hotel room was beautiful, the bathroom was immaculate, the room service was to cry for when you left because the staff was so amazing! White on grey marble was just the perfect sight for the decor. The furniture was comfortable, and the view from the balcony was phenomenal. The rooftop pool and jacuzzi were amazing as well. It was absolutely gorgeous!

Really the only thing that would bring me back to this place is that the beach was so close. The pictures make the place look really nice, and in some ways it lives up to that modern "luxury" idea with the way it looks, but it had many, many quirks. There seemed to be very limited staff all the time. They claim to have poolside service but on the Saturday that we were there I tried to order the bottomless mimosas from their menu but they said they only had one waitress so it wasn't possible. Standing in the pool you could see mounds of trash under the beds, and the cabanas and beds were always a mess. Our room had a full kitchen but was missing lots of the necessary utensils and only had a tiny trash which made clean up difficult. The ice machine in the freezer didn't make much ice and there was no ice maker available so we were told to keep calling to get it delivered, which seems like a hastle. The livingroom had no lighting at all, and the patio only had two little chairs. They knew we had 4 staying in the room and only gave us 2 towels at check in and had to call for an extra blanket to use the pull out couch. I'm glad I chose not to valet because it was inconsistently staffed. That is the other thing to be aware of when coming with a vehicle - parking will be an expensive issue. This is my first time in Miami so maybe that is true for everywhere.

Our room was amazing!! We upgraded to a deluxe one bedroom and it was a nice size with all the amenities. The roof top pools was a plus.The location was perfect just a short walk to the beach. They offered a boot camp on the beach if you like to work out. I would recommend this hotel to everyone!!

Loved this place.arge spacious apartments,great pool for the kids. Just a click away from Miami south beach. Rest breakfast at Orange Blossom. Lovely staff, especially the guy who helped us with our luggage, so helpful. Close to everything. Highly recommended!!

Appartment like hotel rooms, with kitchen and multiple bathrooms. perfect for big families, groups or business. The penthouse it's very nice. PH4 has ocean views. It's very nice. The rooftop pool it's very nice too. Service is great, but it might be a little expensive for some people.

Really enjoyed my stay at Boulan South Beach. Awesome location - walking distance to all the hot spots and only 1 block from the beach. The manager, Marvin, took such great care of me. So appreciated the personal service and attention. I will definitely be back!!!!!

Really nice hotel with massive rooms. It's more of an apartment than a hotel room. We were pleasantly surprised. It's also in one of the best areas of south beach. You can walk to the beach within a couple minutes and to many of the best restaurants and clubs. The staff is really friendly too. Will stay here next time.

Service was friendly, everything was clean. Bathroom is very large. You can reach everything within a short walk. Have been here to party. Perfect location.
Umbrella on the beach costs 15$ per day. Pool on the roof top also good (and free).

The Boulan was nothing short of perfect. The hotel room was beautiful, the bathroom was immaculate, the room service was to cry for when you left because the staff was so amazing! White on grey marble was just the perfect sight for the decor. The furniture was comfortable, and the view from the balcony was phenomental. The rooftop pool and jacuzzi were amazing as well. It was absolutely gorgeous!

Overall a great place to stay! The fold out couches are not great, but they gave us a couple other beds to accomodate for this. Clean and friendly staff!

Nice rooftop swimming pool and clean facility. No housekeeping service for one day because they were busy and charged us for the housekeeping service. I had to point it out during our checkout and took out the charge. They charge me again later for it (they sent me a final bill statement via email few days later) and I didn't get any response when I email them and compliant about it.

Awesome location great condo. Marble and grant floors and walls, living room, exclusive bar, full kitchen, kitchen ware included, dubhe in bathroom. Roof top pool, wall art, bar, shower, grass, palm trees. I stayed over a week. The Pent House Sweet are very large with wrap around glass windows. Some rooms feature privet balcony. The doors men and women are awesome so is front desk. There is a resort fee and valet parking if needed or you can curb side park.

Perfect. Best value. Feels like a NY loft with every inch used wisely and minimalistic cleanliness. Best ever and love the private beach area. The pool and hot tub are amazing and quite private
