Yoga on the beach can be tougher than you'd expect, sand gets everywhere. The Yogis were very nice and knowledgeable with adjustments and very welcoming to any and all that show up for class. Do note, for us northerner and cold weather types, classes may not happen if the temps are below 55 and or raining. (Found in the FAQs page after a search)

A lovely way to start the day. The 7am class is a wonderful and relaxing experience. The classes I took were very different in style but in general I would say they are adapted for beginners.
Bring a large towel, bottle of water, sunglasses or a hat on hot sunny days.

Wonderful yoga instructors, great environment. Classes twice daily (sunrise and sunset) just bring a towel and a bottle of water!
I LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE this. It was perfect. Came here for sunrise and sunset yoga during my last trip, and both experiences were amazing. I loved yoga on the beach. I loved that it was carefree and no judgement. I loved listening to the ocean and seeing the sun rise in front of me. I loved watching the clouds change the mood and color of the sky.
