Great location and a rooftop pool make this a great place to stay at. This is on the bay side of South Beach so you have a five or six block walk to the Atlantic Ocean side.

Hotel is in a great location and the roof top pool is amazing. Rooms were decent size and comfortable but elevator was very slow and had to wait a long time. Otherwise a good stay

It is the smallest room I have ever had in a Bonvoy/Marriott hotel. It was noisy. You could hear toilets flush all night. Foot steps are easily heard. The shower was small & flooded the bathroom. There were insufficient towels & no wash cloths. There was no closet to hang clothes & just a rack with 2 hangers. There was a small port hole sized window compared to the Sheraton we stayed at yesterday in Key West. The people working there were pleasant though. They are in a good location. Glad I stayed here only one night. We will not be back.

Would give this hotel a 3.5 star if I could. The staff was incredibly kind and professional. The location was in the city and a 2 block walk to the public beach. Tons of restaurants and stores to walk to with a very "Miami beach scene". The rooftop patio is fabulous though it closes at sunset. The whole area reminds me of New York City - busy and lively, people speaking all different languages with cultural sparks everywhere. Be warned, the parking is impossible, so plan on public parking or valet- both which cost around $40. Then you can easily bike or walk where you need to without stress. Fitness room is not air conditioned and pretty lame. Thin walls so you can hear other people's TV, etc...but all that being said we would stay here again if in the area.

Located right in south beach, this hotel is withing walking distance of many great attractions. The rooms are comfortable and have everything you would need for a short stay. Will stay again when work brings me back to town.

I had a good stay while I was there. Very close to the beach and all the nightlife. Definitely would stay again and recommend. It was a little pricey but the location was worth it.

Great location. Two blocks from the beach. If you want to go to the strip club there is one across the street. Plenty of food and shopping options in the area. Hotel is super clean and the bed is comfortable. Thank you Marriott! I shall return.

I booked (2) double bedrooms that came with a pull out couch for our Bachlorette Party. They were more than spacious. I was 2 blocks from the beach. I had restaurants all around me. The staff was more than accommodating. And Martin the bartender took very good care of us! I walked out so pleased with my stay, I had to write a review! Be sure to eat at Chalan on The Beach while you stay at the hotel!

Don't get a rental car, it's waste of money. Everything is in walking distance, there are trolleys that run every 5 minutes to take you anywhere you can imagine. The hotel is surrounded by restaurant, cheap eats, McDonald's, you name it. Shopping, one block from beach etc.

Stayed in a newly renovated room which was very spacious and clean. Hotel is situated near many great dining options and the beach. Not, there is a club next door so you're going to b hear some music from outside.... At least I did

This place is great! Very worthy of being a Courtyard Marriott. The guy at the the front desk is Joe, whatever you need or whatever you need to know ... All ya gotta do is ask Joe, he's the man! The location is perfect, exactly where you want to be to access every thing on South Beach. Great restaurants less than 5 mins walk, there are several night clubs within walking distance as well. I will definitely be back.

I stayed at the Courtyard with a group for a business trip. My mother accompanied me and we enjoyed our stay. Although the room was cozy, it was clean and comfortable. Everything was easily accessible and the staff was phenomenal! They gave directions, restaurant recommendations and even showed me how to request Freebee. Tracie went above and beyond with her kindness toward my mom. Top job!

Joe and Anna at the front desk were amazing!! When we first arrived, Joe was so energetic and personable. They both greeted our group everytime we walked in and out of the hotel. Martin at the bar was wonderful too! We were a big group there for a bachelorette party. He helped us get the party started every evening. He was so much fun. We loved our rooms and the pool was great. Joe helped us get 2 connecting rooms which was awesome because we were able to jump back and forth between the rooms. Also, the hotel is at a great location because we were able to walk to the beach and restaurants. Thank you for a great stay!

Nice place, slowest elevator and the rooms are somewhat noisy oh yeah it is also across the street from a strip club (The Club Madonna). You are in walking distance from the beach, some great shops and good food but beware of the tons of homeless folks......

Great location and an exceptionally clean room. Bed was very comfy and the room tastefully decorated. We had a small issue with the door lock and the staff promptly fixed the issue.

April 2018: Group of over 70 people. Only two elevators, one of which is running at intervals and the other with defective sliding doors. "Motel" style rooms, small and with bathrooms where it was difficult to move. Breakfast room reserved, enough to hold only 20 people. Breakfast enough for only 20 people, everyone else had to settle for fruit juices and some brioche that was brought occasionally. Horrible the rate displayed inside the rooms: $ 649.00 to 699.00 per night? ?

There interior is quiet and well appointed for a small hotel. The rooms are fairly small compared to other Courtyards but it's manageable. There's a rooftop pool, bar and sitting area that's nice to have around to get some sun if you don't want to venture out. My two issues are: 1) There's a seedy strip club right across the street and in the evening some sketchy characters are in front or nearby. 2) Parking sucks. It's down the street, expensive but the only option. It's $40 to valet (and get it multiple times) but it's worth it considering how the garage gouges on prices every time you come and go.

The hotel is clean and comfortable. It's conveniently located within walking distance of the convention center and South beach food and entertainment. The breakfast is pricey for what you get.

My god this is beyond I just love this location it's amazing. Everything is close by. Everything is clean. I always come here and by the comments previous to this about broken beds and thin walls I can't believe it. I always have a great time here super friendly staff and believe me my family is picky!!!!! I will always come here! Thanks again guys. FYI I JUST LOVE THE FLOORS!!!! it definitely helps keep the muggy orders away. Always up to date!

Love this place, including Bradley! Location is great -near food, bars and beach. Macy' s and boutique shopping within walking distance. Hotel has a nice bar, pool and bistro.

Friendly staff! The rooms are gigantic and incredibly comfortable. Rooftop pool gives beautiful panoramic views of South Beach and has plenty of seating for being a smaller hotel.

This hotel is worthy of 6 stars as the staff really went an extra mile to accommodate special needs of our 4-month old baby. They provided us a crib, a baby bath kit and even wrote us a card. They are the best staff during our three week trip, I would recommend this hotel to any parents who is going to visit Miami Beach.
And the location is perfect for shopping, eating out and enjoying the beach!

The hotel is greatly located a short walk to the restaurants and shops at Lincoln Rd and at Espanola Way. It is also 2 blocks from the beach. The hotel was clean, comfortable and modern - pretty standard for Marriott chains. In addition to the location and accommodation, we were very pleased with the service. Tracey Robinson, in particular, made our stay so much more welcoming and warm. Tracey was so friendly to our son that it made our stay even more memorable. The hotel itself is in a great location and well maintained, but Tracey definitely put the icing on the cake for us.

The staff was great; however, the room was lacking. The floors were hardwood so they were cold, which wasn't too bad, but the room was missing both an iron and a remote. After calling front desk, someone brought both to my room. The room itself was smaller than I expected, and the shower was terrible. The water pressure was very weak, and it took a long time for the water to change temperature when turning the handle. The bed was also very creaky and not very comfortable. The opening and closing of the adjacent room was also very loud, though I didn't hear any noise from the tenants of the room. So, the staff was great and very friendly and accommodating, but the room itself wasn't very comfortable. I would prefer not to stay here again.

The hotel was nice and modern as very comfortable. The walls were very thin though so you cold hear your neighbours. The location was close to Lincoln rd which was handy. All the staff were very friendly.

Good location, many restaurants are near by. Rooms are a bit on older side but currently renovation is going on at this hotel.
Service is great! Happy hour is in the evening for alcohol and some food.
Staff is very friendly and helpful!

Location...excellent!! Wonderful staff, welcoming and kind. Hospitality was second to none. Mario, along with all the gentlemen in valet made us feel at home from the second we arrived. Awesome view from the rooftop swimming pool. Can't wait to stay again!

The staff is beyond amazing!! They are so friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is in an excellent location and the rates are very reasonable. The only downside is that the walls are super thin and I can hear my neighbors in extreme detail; however, I don't blame the staff for that. This is an old building that was converted into a Courtyard By Marriott and the updates are gorgeous. Overall, I love this place and will stay here again when I return next year!!
