Miami Life Center is not just a Yoga studio, it's a wonderful place to be! A home to everyone, a place to connect with like-minded people.
It's an inspiration centre with so many inspiring teachers who are endowed with lots of knowledge; not only in Yoga, but in many aspects of life and willing to share with other human beings.
My first experience of really practicing Ashtanga yoga happened at the MLC 3 years ago. I practiced with Kino's videos for about 6 months before that.
Tim's workshop on Pranayama was inspiring, intense, uplifting.
I came back for an intensive with Kino the following year. And I keep coming back. MLC feels like home.
The atmosphere is kind, welcoming, accepting. My body seems to open up under the guidance of the astute, caring teachers at this wonderful shala. Love to you all! Cannot wait to return next year.
The best knowledge from the best teachers! if you want to learn real yoga, either the physical or the philosophical part from experienced and knowledgeable teachers in a friendly and cool environment...Miami Life Center is the place to do it! I have traveled twice to Miami from Mexico exclusively to take the their Ashtanga Yoga Intensives they annually have and both times it was an amazing experience. I have learned so much from practicing at MLC! being under the guidance of Tim Feldmann, Kino MCgregor, Alexandra Santos and the rest of the teachers there, have had a huge positive impact not only in my yoga practice but also in my personal life. I wish they where closer to Mexico so I can practice with them more often!
I recently completed a month long Ashtanga Practitioners Intensive at MLC. It was amazing. All of the instructors were very knowledgeable, extremely helpful and the adjustments were amazing. My practice has improved immensely. The studio not only focus on the asana practice, but the other limbs of Yoga as well. I would highly recommend MLC to anyone living in the area or visiting South Beach and looking for a place to practice while away from home.

Miami Life Center is one of the most highly recognized places to learn and practice Ashtanga Yoga in the world. During their Ashtanga Intensive in 2015, I had the huge pleasure and privilege of studying and practicing there for almost five weeks, and again in 2017 for two weeks. The teachers are all of the highest standard, dedicated to and deeply knowledgeable of the tradition of Ashtanga Yoga, and they create an atmosphere in which it is possible to be truly challenged and nurtured at the same time. I only wish I didn't live so far away and that I could practice there daily. Whether you are a complete beginner or have been practicing for many years, MLC is the perfect place to start, continue and deepen your yoga journey.

Every teacher has been carefully selected and they are caring and knowledgeable. Love Mysore style teaching as well as guided classes. If you are visiting and you like yoga, you must stop over.
