I absolutely love this place. A great workout in one hour with amazing trainers, who are very skilled and committed to push you to get maximum results. Awesome experience.
Bruno, the Manager, runs a tight ship. You'll never find barbells lying all over the place or out of order on the racks. Plates are never left on bars. The staff is constantly cleaning. The locker room is always spotless. Other Members are respectful and courteous; there is no dropping or throwing weights around. A fantastic value if you're looking for a no-frills weight and cardio workout.
Economical but small.
Best deal on south beach for visitors, and seems to be the case for residents as well. I'd rather support an organization like this that works with local youth over one of the large franchises in the area. Great staff and plenty of free weights and cardio equipment.

This is a great gym for people who stay near the beach. staff is friendly and nice the only downside is that the equipment needs to be updated.

I worked out here for two weeks during my vacation. The gym is quite ok, but the owner is not very friendly. He didn't want to refund my deposit (for the access badge) because I didn't had the receipt anymore.

Great Local Gym. Good assortment of machines, weights, & equipment. Sufficient Cardiovascular Treadmills and Climbers.
The Gym is in a great location adjacent to flamingo park in the heart of south beach. unfortunately it is very small and feels claustrophobic. a couple of employees have a bad attitude and seem to try to bully/intimidate and mean mug their patrons.
In order to have access to a locker you have to leave Identification at the front desk, I'm pretty sure due to many thefts in the past.This gym is also a sausage fest never any eye candy to look at (women) maybe because its south beach or something I don't know.
Come to think of it some on the staff have "gay face" its Hard to describe, but you know it when you see it. Think big bright feminine eyes, full lips, and an all-around glow.

Staff customer service is amazing! Especially from that young man Ismael! So nice and polite, and knows his stuff!
It's old and cramped. Full of rust. If you don't mind that, go for it. It's the most affordable gym around SOBE. The staff and community there is awesome, though.
The owner looks and acts as if he's on a ton of steroids. He flipped out on me for leaving 1 single weight plate on each side of the seated dip machine, and he smirked while telling me he looked back in the video feed to see who did it. I told him in a normal, inside voice that he was being a little ridiculous, and then he accused me of yelling and threatened to call the police. He then told me he didn't want "people like me" in his gym and said he would refund me, minus the daily rate for the days I was at the gym, even though I signed up for a monthly membership! The lunatic then slammed his office table causing change to go flying and heads everywhere to turn and stare. I was a bit scared at this point, but I held my ground and told him I had recorded him and came from a family of lawyers. He finally gave me a refund, but not before I was told by his "slow" office helper that I have to shut my mouth around him. The poor worker was obviously terrified of this abusive person. Do yourself a favor, and just don't go, unless you like scammers abusing you like a child in a wife beater family.
