Great hidden secret. All of the teachers are great and I love each of their teaching styles. They each are well trained and guide you through the class. Upon checking in your welcomed home. Thank you for providing a place of growth and peace.
Carolina is a very good treacher. Theaches with passion and help me a lot during my pregnancy. She is the best!
Excellent class. It was challenging, but chill. Very yin. Very yang. I will definitely practice here whenever I come to Miami.
My wife and I really enjoyed the 7AM power flow class with Imani! The studio itself has a great vibe. The entrance is through the back and not on Alton. The schedule is diverse and has something for every Yogi. We will definitely be back to flow and grow at Synergy Yoga Studio!
Finished not too long ago the teacher training class with victoria. Decided to take the course for my own self discovery and to know more in depth about yoga. The experience was amazing. It has taught me more then i could have imagined about myself. Very transformative and inspiring. The curriculum is very comprehensive., you even learn about ayurveda and thai massage ( loved that! )You do leave the program with so much knowledge. I also found the length of the program perfect. In about 6 weeks with classes either morning or evening. She was also very flexible if i had to miss a class because of work.
I highly recommend! And will be going back for more workshops and classes.

I had an amazing experience completing my 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training at Synergy Yoga Miami Beach, our director Victoria B. is a phenomenal teacher and a complete inspiration to me. The 200hr teacher training was perfect. It's a perfect balance of learning and consistently practicing the physical -the asanas, with the foundation, history and philosophy of yoga. The teacher, Victoria has us start practicing teaching from day 1 so we become truly prepared to share the gift of yoga with others. It covers a broad range of yoga, including very practical sequences for the needs of our community - chair yoga, restorative, pre-natal, and partner yoga. Victoria is genuine and her knowledge is incredible!!!! It was an amazing training for me, mind, body and soul. Plus the studio is beautiful and came to feel like a second home.

Great and very knowledgeable. Lots of attention to detail. I'm recovering from an injury over a year ago. I found Victoria to be incredibly well-versed in her teaching, patient, thoughtful and helpful. The energy of Synergy and the people is phenomenal! A beautiful community. I'll be back, for sure!
I love yoga, but not all teachers are the same. My definitely favorite is Carolina, she is apsolutly wonderful, so spiritual. I wish she had more classes. Her classes are taking you to another planet

I wanted to take the time to thank you for such a great experience during teacher training. My life has changed incredibly since I completed this wonderful course. The practice of a Asana, Pranayama and study of Yoga Sutras is an integral part of my life now. My mind has been enlightened to the divine gratitude of love and compassion for all beings. It is my goal to give back to my community and inspire others in the way of Yoga.

Synergy is my home away from home - I live in the neighborhood and have been going to class here 3-5x a week for about 2 years now. I've had classes with most of the teachers (Victoria the owner, Mateo, Gabriel, Ricardo, Sandrine, Maria Elena) and all of them are amazing - experts at the yoga practice, as well as fantastic teachers. The Synergy vibe is wonderful and unique - communal, supportive, warm, inviting. I primarily take Vinyasa (with a variety of teachers), and while all the Vinyasa classes have a different nuance, they're all a great workout as well as a fantastic spiritual practice too. My daily experiences at Synergy help me stay stretched and flexible, and keep my head on straight during my demanding work days. I am so grateful it's in my neighborhood.
