I love this gym! All the coaches, staff, and the owner are all soo nice! These kids learn soo much from them. Very clean and organized facility. I would recommend this gym to everyone. You should definitely try out this gym some time!
These one star reviews are absolutely outrageous! My daughter has been a gymnast at Intensity since day 1 and we have never had an issue. I guess you can never make everyone happy and this seems like just one very unhappy family. You cant turn to social media just because your upset! They keep on saying that the facility is racist when most of the coaches are mixed race and I'm Latina myself! We need to act like adults instead of going on rants and pulling the race card when we can. Not every facility is a great fit for your daughter and you need to expect that going into the sport. Just because the gym didn't fit you needs doesn't mean you post lies to make them look bad. They even fast tracked my daughter to the next level because of potential, and the optional coach Marc is a great fit especially when the old coach Scott was very unprofessional talking to my children about politics. The owners really care for there gymnasts. The pit gets cleaned once every couple months and gets sealed for leaks, we live in south Florida, you cant expect to dig a 8 foot hole in the ground and not have some water. Many other gyms have the same situation. they take pride in their facility as well as having exterminators come in to make sure everything is safe. Rats being in the gym is a total lie. Give this gym a shot you'll love them!

My daughter is being coached by an Olympic caliber coach there. Not a coach who I found out kisses the girls goodbye and gives them massages. Scott, the coach fired, should be investigated by the USAG. I've never seen a more eager owner looking out for the best interest of the girls. He's building a very solid foundation for the girls.

This gym is dirty! I walked in to sign my daughter up for beginners and walked right back out. There is no way I will trust my child at this gym. Too many kids and not enough coaches.

This place is dirty and unorganized. Racist owner and always a new coach. Your child will be in bad hands here. There was a leak in the foam pit and was never Sanitized. Mosquitoes everywhere, spider webs and rats in foam pit. The bad coaching is not worth putting my child at risk with how dirty this place is.

Does not motivate the kids to do better. The girls are bullying others but nothing is done about it. The only reason my niece was there was for coach scott who is the best there. There is so much drama! All politics!!!!

Unprofessional coach andrew loves to listen to himself bark orders and didnt teach ( BUT HE ADMIRED HIMSELF DOING BACKFLIPS) unprofessional man Heinz? Couldnt listen tO my complaint about andrew because he was EATING(UES, HE SAID THAT) COACH paul has no managerial experience, owner marlene doesn't speak to customers apparently. Wasted saturday @ parkour class and $$$ as andrew had zero game plan. Kids did jumping jacks, played in foam pit and learned nothing. He had the boys move the parkour course around ,literally move the pieces. Yikes. Dangerous situation. No supervision by knowledgeable coach . No return calls from owner and no refunds. BUg bites YES, AS the CARPET IS FILTHY.. the people who are in charge of intensity have posted phony reviews from their friends or I've asked their friends to write positive reviews saying how wonderful they are all over the internet! I would not recommend this gym if you sign any paperwork make sure you read it carefully, make sure to get full information on what joining the team entails. There was very little communication between the coach and the parents at least in my experience. Most of the coaches are not professional and they have a short turn around. The facility is not kept clean either. The owner is very deceptive. She will say one thing on the phone and then have her employees tell you another thing. Eventually I was ignored when trying to resolve my payment issue. Be careful, like I said I would not recommend this gym at all.

THIEVES! Took unauthorized payments from my card. I've contacted the authorities and they have started an investigation. I called to rectify and the lady was very rude, shouted at me and hung up in my ears.
MEDIOCRE. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

We had a birthday party there. the kids had a great time. they charge you $300 to have the place to yourself but they had a class going on in the middle of my party. When asked host to get them to relocate several times, finally had to go to them myself. Spoke to the owner about it and didn't seem to care. You have to do everything yourself from setting up, bringing all the food and beverage to serving the kids? not sure what the host is there for other than to supervise play. would recommend going on free play or parents night, not sure i would recommend for party for this price when it includes nothing other than the place to share..
Great facility! Beautifully built and designed. Parkour staff members are very knowledgeable and insightful. I was scared to even do a forward roll or cart wheel before visiting Intensity and now I'm much more confident with more advanced parkour moves thanks to private lessons and a few group classes. Great physically and mentally for people of all ages!! HIGHLY recommend for anyone wishing to connect mind and body!!!
My daughter suffered her first broken heart from that place. I blame myself for putting her though the whole ordeal of looking for the right place and the right price and don't get me wrong the price is right. But the way this particular coach treated her, I'd have to say i would rather pay a higher price then to have to go through wiping down tears and saying I'm sorry to my baby multiple times. She CRIED the whole entire ride home. I gotta admit her wrong doing was just simply being TOO EXCITED to be there. My daughter's 2 will be 3 in about 2wks, i advised them of this, the coach did say (oh make sure she listens because she doesn't want them running around behind me). Now i saw one of the students do just that while in the open gym, while my daughter sat with the other little girls. But what bothered me the most, was they said the coach had patience of an angel (highly doubt that). Once they got into the class she tried to do as the other kids but she was excited mind you its her FIRST TIME! shes 2. the other kids seem like they've been there before and they do as asked. She got so excited she had an accident on the mat.( at this point I'm not even mad at that). its the simple fact that she didn't take into heart that its her FIRST TIME EVER and shes was really excited. Give her a chance and on the 2nd or 3rd class then tell me shes not ready! but isn't that why your getting paid in the first place!! to get her ready. And to add insult to injury she took my baby by the arm 15MIN before the class was over and walked her right out look at me and said i hope you understand. I did at first but once I saw the look on my baby face heard her whaling from the front desk till the time we got home I WAS HURT. Anybody would've been, the only way i got her to stop was on a promise on a trip to Chuck -E- Cheese. She made my daughter feel like she was not good enough and no 2yr old she suffer that. the least she could've done was let her finish the last 15 min and then talk to me afterwards and then i would've understood. Then they asked if i wanted to freeze the account or refund. Oh I would've, had things were done differently, but NO i want my money back and happily to say she is enrolled at American Twisters were everyone is excepted - they actually had a 2yr old program, a mommy and me and I WILL be there bright and early Saturday morning.
In response to the negative review, My daughter attends the 3 year old toddler class and is 3 YEARS OLD. The coach is very patient, and goes above and beyond to make sure all the children are learning in a safe environment. It saddens me to see a negative review about such an amazing coach and program. We left another program that wasn't as personal and hands on by a coach. I feel the coach did what was in the best interest for the 3 other children in the class, that was being disrupted by a 2 year old that was not old enough for the toddler program and should of been in a Parent & Tot class.
I would recommend this 3 year old toddler class and this coach to everybody!!! - Bethany
