Gym finally open back May 29, yea... I was greeted by Olivia who did a lovely job of explaining the new policies at the gym. Planet fitness is practicing social distance and providing additional hand sanitizer.
I was amazed that Olivia remembered that it was day 4 me going to the gym..Whoot...whoot

So far I have really enjoyed Planet Fitness Coconut Creek! The staff is friendly, the facility is clean and modern. It has a huge variety of machines and equipment. I love the Spa area with massage chairs, hydro massage and tanning beds. Its a great place to workout!

Since I've became a member ever time I want to use the circuit there are people using the machine and not moving, this was brought up to staff members 4x, today I came in and notice two guys using the same machine, I changed cane out and were still there, I spoke to Maria in the front desk about it, her reply was "when you get to where they are if they didn't move called me" I'm sorry you can see they aren't moving, why do I have to stop my workout to come and get you? So I started my work out and when it was time to change a woman cut in front of me, I told her how this works, she replied "not really"but on head phone and ignore me, I again walk to Maria, who after discussing the issue had the nerve to tell me we're busy I'm signing up people, apparently getting new members it's more important than keeping them. Needless to say I want my money back.

Planet Fitness is decent, with good amenities and a ton of free weights. For those who like to run on treadmills, Planet Fitness has updated ones which are much easier on the knees. The trainers here are all very knowledgeable, and seem to get along with clients well.

When you do your cancellation make sure you write down some's name and have everything in writing. It's so sad how low integrity the management staff has. When you have to find out your gym membership was never cancelled when you receive your bank statement. I've learned my lesson to never do business with this gym.

This (no) gym is perfect for my needs. It has many cardio options, weight machines and a stretching section. Plus, it has a section designed for a 30-minute whole body workout. It is clean and open 24/7. It is always staffed and they are very friendly. I have not tried the massage chairs or the hydromassage, but it's nice to have the option. The only reason I do not rate it five stars is because they do not offer classes other than fitness trainings (such as yoga, Zumba or spinning).

Will definitely say that Debbie is amazing with awesome communication skills. Very motivating and helpful. Love this gym. I drive past 4 just to join this one

The place is huge, so much equipment that you don't have to wait , the stretch and core area is awesome. The locker room is so clean.

There are hidden fees. Do your research. unfortunately you have to read all the fine print because they charge you a yearly fee to get started and I've heard that it is difficult to cancel your membership and they keep charging even after you stop going.

I was hesitant to start an exercise routine again due to a medical condition....and then I met Brittnay at PF Coconut Creek pkwy. Beginning with her friendly greeting and big smile, I was put at ease.
She listened carefully to my needs, asked appropriate questions made recommendations. She then compiled a detailed plan (with variables) for my age and abilities. She was amazing!
After a tour of the gym (I which is immaculatly clean), spa and quick review of the equipment I was eager to join. I made a great decision with Brittnay's help. I would highly recommend this location.

Un professional staff. No good. Rude.. I will up date this review. JOHN SO CALLED MANAGER. AT THIS GYM. IS AN IDIOT. HE WAS VERY VERY RUDE. AND I HOPE HE GETS FIRED. ..I MIGHT BE CONSIDERING JOINING ANOTHER GYM..I WOULDN'T. RECOMMEND ANYONE GO SIGN UP...

I am very impressed with the quality of the staff and of the facility itself. I usually go to the gym late in the evening.
The night shift crew is very friendly and professional, the facility is always clean and all of the equipment is up to date.

I have been going to this particular location for a little over a year on off. The facility is always extremely clean and Kat plus the team are always available for assistance. I have been attending the classes with the trainers because it fits perfectly in my 9 am-10 am slot. I have probably been through 3 trainers at this particular location all have been fairly good, but today I was extremely impressed with Sandy's group training class. I appreciated that he did not do the basic 30 minute session and lump me into a routine that wouldn't provide a challenge. He specifically curtailed a work out routine that was unique, focused on my problem areas (without even asking; guess it's obvious), with an upbeat attitude, which provided the sweat I have been looking for. It was just the jump start I needed for 2018. I will make it a point to attend all of the classes

I love working out at Planet Fitness but a gym is nothing without its staff. So for that reason I want to give praise to Olivia. She is conscientious, always positive, and treats the gym as if it were here own. Olivia is worthy of being noticed by the management at PF. I look forward to seeing her grow and advance quickly in the company. She deserves it!

I have been a member of the coconut creek planet fitness for about two years now . Sandy Louisa is the trainer at this location and he is an amazing ! He always accommodates all of the members that attend his classes and also modifies each class to meet the needs of each person attending the class. He also is very personable and is always trying to find ways to help even when your not in a class . He is a real asset to this gym . There is also a new manager at this location Catherine and she is awesome as well ! She has really changed the atmosphere at this location and has put in place a great staff . Every day when I arrive Olivia is at the desk and always greets you with a smile and is always willing to help no matter what you need. I want to say how happy I am that this gym has such amazing staff !!!

Wow, I just wanted to go to the gym. I signed up at a location where i stay on the weekends and got the "Black Card" because I wanted to be able to go to any location. I quickly found out that I was limited to a certain number of times unless they were owned by the same person. This is not fair. Upon canceling my membership, since I was not informed and so I could sign up at the planet fitness near my house (the one that I would be using more since I live closer to it) I was informed that they wouldn't refund me the money and that I basically paid $30 for absolutely nothing (I didn't even use the gym once and canceled within 2 days) . That's just not fair.

I am so thrilled that the trainer who replaced Tyler is fantastic! His name is Sandy and he has proven to be an extremely knowledgeable and awesome trainer. He is friendly and changes up every class so you don't get bored or stuck in a rut or reach a physical plateau. I also have to comment on Kat who usually works the front desk but she steps in to teach classes when needed and she is a pro as well! Very challenging. This gym and the staff are great. It's always clean and never overcrowded. So glad I joined over a year ago.

Great to see Tyler back at the Coconut Creek location. He and the staff have the club looking great. I've been to many clubs in the area as well as out of state and have also managed health clubs - they do an awesome job. Gym is very clean and the trainers/staff are very willing to assist.

I've been coming to PF for a few months now, I love the staff and the location. I especially like being greeted by the staff at PF they always remember me and they always make me smile before i work out. I've become good friends with Chris, he always has a great attitude and always seems to remember the days i miss int eh gym which are so little because my ultimate goal is to get big. I workout at PF 6 out of 7 days a week, and I will never go to another location because of Chris, good guy, always positive and always smiling, Couldn't even tell you when he's having a bad day. Keep him forever!! Thanks for all you do PF, KEEP IT UP!!

We've had an excellent trainer at Planet Fitness, Coconut Creek Parkway, Coconut Creek, FL by the name of Tyler Armstrong. He recently has gone through training to become a GM, and many of us who know Tyler believe that he would be an excellent fit as GM for this property. He is very organized, friendly with staff and members alike, gives excellent instruction and demonstration in working out. He is highly skilled and knows exactly what this Planet Fitness needs to grow and thrive.
