It's a great facility with knowledgeable coaches and very warm, receptive members. Most importantly, the programming is fun!

Really invested in your fitness. It's not just a gym where you come to a class and do the workout then go home. They invest themselves in your fitness and really help to strive to better yourself. Everyone is very friendly and excited to see you, like a family. The best thing is you don't have to be elite to enjoy coming, everyone's different in age and ability so no need to feel intimidated.
