As a student of SIFU OCH, I am amazed at how everyone works with each other. Sifu is always there, ready to give precise explanations on techniques and why they are applied in x or y manner. You can see that he genuinely loves what he does and loves his students...
I love this place, I have trained in Korea, and Thailand and can tell you that this is authentic close range combat. If your looking to make new friends and push hard and learn. This is your place!
I have had nothing short of an amazing experience. I have had 3 children attend classes at Sifu och Wing Chen. The instructors knew each kid by name and they gave each kid their attention. The life lessons they teach the kids are irreplaceable. They reinforce what to do when there is a bully at school or if someone is trying to take you. I have watched each kid gain so much conference within themselves with each class. I would recommend them to everyone of any age.
My first time visiting this location was this past weekend for a self defense workshop, and I thoroughly enjoyed my experience. SIFU Justin OCH and Liz were very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. They also provided great training and advice with very useful tips and moves for self defense. I'll be back to participate in the kick boxing classes.
I have been training here for almost a year now and I can truly say that it's really helped me in life. Training sessions are challenging but rewarding. I always leave class with a new bit of knowledge and a better attitude towards life. Sifu Justin and staff are loving and caring people. I always feel so at home now when walking in. I love to be here whenever I can!

This place is great! Sifu Och is the real deal! I used to train a few years back but regrettably had to stop. Waiting on the day that I come back and train again.
Awesome school, Sifu and staff are great at what they do! Expect to get a great workout here! Instructors are very hands on, if you have questions they are more then welcome to help you focus on areas you need improvement an any giving time. I would totally recommend Sifu Och Wing Chun to people of all ages. So if your thinking about it, go for it! You will love it!

I am finishing up my five day trial of kickboxing and I am already loving this place! It's a great atmosphere, fun, and everyone is really nice. I enjoy the interaction and engagement with the instructors and the students. I highly recommend this place to anyone. This is a challenge that I am willing to invest into in order to acheive my goals. I am looking forward for this progress and incredible journey!
Not only the style of Kung Fu taught by Sifu Och is great, but his methods, openness, friendliness, and willingness to teach us all the skills of Wing Chun, makes it a great experience. Highly recommend for everyone to attend.

Great workout, but I'm also learning technique and safety. The trainers are knowledgeable and HELPFUL! And every merger of the staff is genuinely kind. The owner has succeeded in creating a welcoming atmosphere where you feel comfortable with getting it off your comfort zone and ROCKING a workout.

This is a perfect balance of family, the elders assisting the newer family members. I drive from Tampa every Saturday to share this experience with my Wing Chun family in Lakeland. We now meet every first Wednesday of the month as well. It is wonderful to connect. It is like a family reunion every time I go. In this day and age where politics has infiltrated churches, schools and all other forms of gatherings, it is wonderful to have a sanctuary where discipline and love are paired to foster individual growth. Awesome instructors! Today was our first day here and It was a great experience...while I sat in the chair watching my daughter and husband partake in the class I was very much entertained and my daughter loved the class! I would recommend this place to anyone!
We have been taking our 5 year old to their Saturday morning class for a couple weeks and we all have been really enjoying it. The pricing is great and the environment is fun for the kids. The instructors are patient and do an excellent job making the class fun but still instructional. I would highly recommend Sifu Och to any family looking for a martial arts school for their children. They also offer adult classes but we have yet to try those.
Sifu Och is one of the best individuals to study wing chun under. I feel more confident in being able to protect myself. The school is beautiful and everyone I've worked with has been so kind and helpful. Monthly events turn the school into a family.
I have trained under Sifu Och for 9 years and all I can say is that he is the real deal. The information he provides is authentic and has been tested multiple times. Wing Chun Kung Fu is traditionally a close quarters martial art and Sifu Och provides exactly this. He is also as brilliant at instructing as he is Wing Chun, very understanding and patient. There is a strong sense of community within the kung fu school and everybody is supportive and friendly.
Amazing realistic self defense being taught here. The instructor breaks the information down in an easy to way understand.
There are also plenty of instructors to reinforce the lessons. You will see growth in your skills very quickly.

Great aftercare program with Just Dance. They are amazing with the kids and well organised. They take good care of the kids and teach them valuable life skills. I am very confident sending my little one to their aftercare program and very grateful for the work they put into assisting and caring for my child :)
