Can't begin to tell you how this type of regimen has changed my physique and strength. There are many advantages to their techniques and staff is very professional! It feels like you have a personal trainer the entire time you are there. The trainers are engaged and trained to properly show you the correct way to do the movement in addition to the use of equipment/weights.
