Great place. Instructors are very friendly and give assistance when needed. Facility is kept neat and clean. Welcoming environment and students as well.

I travel a lot for work and I'm always dropping into different gyms around the country. I went to the early morning class taught by Renny and it was one of the best drop in experiences I've had. Everyone was super welcoming and were awesome to train with. Renny is not only a great instructor, but he's also super chill and down to earth. Place has a really cool vibe, I definitely recommend it to anyone visiting or living in the area.

There's a reason this is the fastest growing gym in the Miami area. The guys at Teknica have nailed the perfect friendly academy vibe. The students here are going up levels and those who choose to compete are making waves in the tournament circuit. If you're looking for legit Jiu-Jitsu training to lose weight, defend yourself, or just learn a fun hobby then honestly there isn't a place I could recommend more.

I have been attending this school for about 6 months. I lost 32 pounds while training here. The instructors here are top notch. Even the students here are great too! You will feel welcomed and you will get a great experience from instructors and the students. I have definitely learned alot while attending this school. For newcomers or for those with experience, this school is amazing for both.

The premier martial arts gym in South Miami. Friendly, professional instructors are always engaging with the members and the kids program is amazing. Highly recommend!

If you're thinking about trying Jiu jitsu, JUST DO IT ALREADY. Especially here. I've been to a few schools during my time and I have to say that this place has the most easy going instructors... very patient, kind and they truly want you to succeed.

As for the crowd that trains here, that is A+ as well. A bunch of cool guys and gals ready to get sweaty with you!

Not to mention training jiu jitsu is highly addictive... who doesn't love feeling stronger and gaining confidence each time you step onto the mat?! Great for self defense too!

And if you're not ready to start with jiu jitsu yet... there's a striking AND a fitness class as well. It's a one stop shop

Love this place. The instructors and everyone who trains here are immensely welcoming. It's one large family. You won't go wrong giving BJJ, Muay Thai or the fitness classes a shot. Bring your kids!

I love this place! The instructors are world class with the most welcoming environment. If you are even a little unsure, you need to do yourself a favor and bring yourself and your child in for a class. You will love this place!

Josh And Renny are superb Instructors and teach a very high level Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Class. The crowd is friendly and pleasant and the training is tough and challenging as it should be. Great location with very nice amenities and women friendly atmosphere . Down the street from the expressway for fast and easy travels, this is one of the most convenient Martial Arts schools in south florida. Will Visit again and highly recommend it. In addition to the Bjj Classes, they do have a Muai Thai class and fitness classes.
