I started going to Thump in April of 2016. I was had recently lost a lot weight by changing my eating habits, but was weak and in dire need of exercise in order to continue on my path to better health. I have to admit that I was scared of joining a gym and nervous that I would be intimidated. That was not the case. I immediately felt like part of a community at Thump. Everyone was helpful and extremely supportive. I honestly believe my experience at Thump changed my life. I now enjoy exercise. I look forward to going there and getting my workout done in a peaceful, encouraging environment. The trainers and staff at Thump advise and coach me about exercise and technique. They critique my technique, when need be, but also encourage my efforts. They boost my moral and affirm that my goals can be accomplished through hard work. I am a better person because I choose to work out there.
