I love this studio! The space is beautiful and clean and has so many beautiful botique items available for purchase. The owner, Kim, is so welcoming and kind. All of the teachers are fabulous and there is a style of class for everyone...from yin to power vinyasa. I am so grateful each and every time I practice here.
Went here for the first time last night for the 6:00pm Power Flow with Debra! I loved the class and seriously felt so amazing after! The facility is super nice and Debra was a great teacher! I'm definitely going to make this part of my workout routine!

Incredible. I am a newbie to yoga and from the minute I walked through the door, I felt at ease and comfortable. The environment is welcoming and stunningly decorated. I took a mindful yoga class which was completely relaxing. I also attended a Kundalini workshop which was such an incredible experience. I love that beginners are welcome at all classes and made to feel comfortable. I highly recommend Breathe Salt & Yoga
This place is awesome!! I am here for vacation and got a whole week of unlimited classes for $30! Classes are great. Highly reccomend

Breathe Salt & Yoga is an amazing yoga studio! Not only are the classes affordable and challenging, the teachers are just as great. They welcome beginners with open arms and are always excited to be there. The boutique section is just my favorite from yoga outfits to outfits for night time. The jewelry is also so beautiful and made from different local designers. I would highly recommend this studio to anyone!
