Outstanding place with all the right equipment for strength training and weight lifting.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND. I've had one session so far with Billy and he gave me so much information and confidence it's incredible! I set new PRs immediately and walked away feeling great. He is a very intuitive and knowledgeable coach and the passion for proper technique and good training is evident with both he and Mike, the other coach. The gym itself is a wonderful environment with very high-quality equipment, a friendly atmosphere, and NO INTIMIDATION.

The best Strength and Olympic coach in town. Clean facility with tons of accommodations. Fresh coffee every morning. Never a bad time to come and lift, even if you're in a rush. World class all around.

My husband is 73 and I am 69. Never felt stronger and better. We work with Billy and Mike. Excellent and very professional

I started working out with Michael 4 weeks ago. Olympic weightlifting looked terrifying to me so I figured I'd give it a try but likely just revert to regular weight lifting, which he also offers. Michael was able to break down each lift into a series of moves that felt attainable for me and focused on technique to make sure that I was learning it right, right from the beginning. He's an excellent coach. He strikes a perfect balance of challenging/pushing, and acknowledging successes. He's also built a great culture of support and fun in the gym. If you've done cross fit and want challenge, strength, but not injury - this is the thing for you. Learn how to lift RIGHT. And if you haven't done crossfit, start here instead. Get a great workout while learning correct form and building strength and speed.
