I started working out with Michael 4 weeks ago. Olympic weightlifting looked terrifying to me so I figured I'd give it a try but likely just revert to regular weight lifting, which he also offers. Michael was able to break down each lift into a series of moves that felt attainable for me and focused on technique to make sure that I was learning it right, right from the beginning. He's an excellent coach. He strikes a perfect balance of challenging/pushing, and acknowledging successes. He's also built a great culture of support and fun in the gym. If you've done cross fit and want challenge, strength, but not injury - this is the thing for you. Learn how to lift RIGHT. And if you haven't done crossfit, start here instead. Get a great workout while learning correct form and building strength and speed.
