I had an amazing class! I wanted to sign up to help my with my balance and build my core strength. This will certainly help! Highly recommend it - Go and try it too!

This place is awesome! I've done many different types of workouts over the last 30+ years and this place offers one of the best. I have tried the Hit Fit and the Cardio class. Both classes were amazing! Vanessa will keep you motivated for sure. I highly recommend giving it a try.
