Enso Yoga is a really wonderful yoga studio. It is very welcoming, warm and cozy. They welcome all levels from beginner yogis to more advanced practitioners. It has its own smoothie/juice bar and outside zen patio area for yoga. You leave there feeling energized and with a better knowledge of the postures and breathing. All teachers are great and focus on each individual to better enhance your yoga practice. I highly recommend it!!!
This yoga studio has the coolest and the most serene vibe, absolutely superb instructors and delicious healthy smoothies. The classes cater to all levels and the instructors are very knowledgeable and encouraging. The entire staff is friendly and welcoming. I can't say enough great things..

What a great yoga experience! So glad to have such an amazing place in my neighborhood! Thank you Alma for continuing to teach even the tenured yogi! And the green juice after class hit the spot! Deelish! Can't wait to go back tomorrow.
I've been coming to Enso for yoga classes for a few months. Many of the classes are hosted outside in a beautiful zen-like patio. It's so pretty and peaceful. The classes are good for people that are new to yoga, or that have some experience. The owner Griset and all her teachers are incredibly nice and welcoming. The place has a great vibe, everyone is very happy to be there. The smoothies are really yummy too!
