Becoming part of the Gainz Nation family has been an amazing step forward to my life. I've been able to meet positive people who want to push forward and help those around. Gainz Fit is not a regular box I would definitely call it, my second home.
This is the best crossfit I have attended. The coaches are friendly and want us to learn how to do the moves properly. There are all body types of ppl here. Their program is a good mixture of cardio, strength training and building muscle.

Great place! Good vibes! Great coaches! Awesome members! Love the variety and different options offered! Safety first is always exercised at this box! My athletic performance has positively improved since I joined in September of 2017 and it's only the beginning! Can't say enough good things about this place! Absolutely Love it!

By far the most attentive and caring trainers! The GainzFit team is always making sure you are training correctly. The box has great energy that keeps you motivated! I personally do the weight training and Mark is the best! Never been a workout addict, but I look forward to going to the box everyday!

This is truly an amazing box with a great community and amazing coaches! Equipment is all new Rogue, WODify is provided, everything is super clean and organized. Bathrooms have A/C and there's a kid's room! I love it here! Highly recommend!

Brand new CrossFit box so we had to drop in and check it out! Spacious with brand new ROGUE equipment, super nice and energetic coaches, family - like community, super clean, brand new bathrooms, kid room, and they use WODIFY! Great programming! Truly loved it, highly recommend!
