Hands down the Best Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu school in Miami. I love that they are a family owned business, where the entire family pitches in. Coach Carlos knows how to work with each and every child. My children have become stronger and more confident. They love to be there and that is the most import thing to me. Alpha Miami has everything we looked for. It has taught my children discipline, self defense, team work. It has a great atmosphere where they encourage parents to be there. I love to be there and see the progress that my children have made.
Great school. Excellent coaches. I have two sons here at team alpha. My oldest son joined jiu jitsu 5 years ago and has loved coming here ever since. My youngest one never wanted to join and would cry all the time. Coach Carlos is very patient and worked with him. Little by little he started coming around and today he absolutely loves it. He asks me everyday if he is going to go to jiu jitsu. I Definitely recommend coming.
I could not speak more highly of this place! My eldest son (8) started here back in January and now my younger son (4) is there as well and they both love it! ...My 2 year old daughter loves it and she doesn't even attend (yet)... The loving atmosphere, support and care that each person gives is palpable - from the beautiful family that owns Alpha Miami to the kids and the parents! It truly is a family, on and off the mat, and I am so beyond happy and grateful that my family has this community in their lives. Not only are they teaching KICK-BUTT Jiu Jitsu by passionate Coach Carlos and prodigy Corbain, they are teaching work ethic, respect, humility, family values - true champs are bred here! THEY ARE THE BEST!! We love Team Alpha!

The best school in Florida State with the best coaches who are passionate about what they know to do best. My three kids practice Jiu-jitsu here and we are part of this beautiful and dedicate team that makes us all a big family. Our family love the coaches Carlos, Gaby and Corbain because we are one family and one team. Team Alpha Miami the best school, I highly recommend it because this place has been a blessing and has positively impacted my family.

My 6 year old son started learning Jiu Jitsu here in May of 2016. The owners, coaches, students and parents are all great people to know and we are very grateful the way they have worked with our son while making us feel like family in so many ways. The atmosphere is playful and busy at times but still focused on dicipline, exercise and of course great Jiu Jitsu training. If your child wants to learn to defend themselves, meet some great kids and maybe enter BJJ competitions then I recommend you visit. You will quickly notice a positive change in confidence level and respectability from your child. They also offer private, individual training sessions as well throughout the day.

This is not a commercial gym where you are nothing but a number. Every class feels like you are getting a private lesson. Team Alpha is a family that welcomes all skill levels.
