So much better than other gyms I've been to in Miami. Very clean and the staff is super nice.

Strong staff, but equipment has been failing. Handicapped shower (men's)needs repair. Both massage chairs are broken.

I was visiting from out of town and felt completely gymtimidated which is not what planet fitness is about. No weights were available, everyone was super setting and hogging all the weights. I saw weights abandoned in random places. Super disorganized! If you are used to the real planet fitness culture go elsewhere. It felt like a fashion show In here instead of people actually putting in work. Check out the empty weight rack. Wow. Got charged a franchise fee and walked out dissatisfied without being able to finish my workout. Concierge proceeded to tell me NO REFUNDS.

Place its pretty cool but some of the people that work there are rude or careless with their customers. I came back again to cancel my subscription and was my surprise ? That I was about to be charge $40 for annual fee that I didn't even use because of the lack of customer service. I called over the phone and they got upset of me just because I wad trying to get inform. They never even advised me about what to do. You need to train more your people!

I love this gym! I started getting back into shape back in December of 2017. This gym offers everything that a beginner needs to get back into shape, and if you get the Black Card Membership, it includes the Hydro Massage Bed and Massage Chair, among other perks. The crew is really friendly, including Angela, who I call Storm, because of her lightning-silver hair. Angela is very knowledgeable and has answered all my questions.
Awesome experience all around!

Almost 6 months later and I'm deadlifting up to 367 lbs. John, one of the managers actually ordered extra 45 lbs plates for each station. This accommodated my deadlifting needs. Thank you John and crew. You guys rock!

I love coming here. I feel like I can learn proper technique with out feeling self-conscious. The machines and free weights let me do a variety of workouts and the staff is great. Marcos is always very helpful.

I've been coming here to the gym and I enjoy the cleanliness. I always see the staff keeping this gym tidy. It feels good to come to a clean gym it feels like home. The staff is super friendly especially the guy at the front desk, Marco's. He's so attentive and has an answer to every question I have. Go Pf!!!!!

Went in to see if I could set up a personal training class and I met a trainer named James and he was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Made me feel like he really cared. I booked a training session and I loved how I had to actually think and use my brain and coordination as well as the technique he gave me to do my workout. I was sore next day so that means I did something right. I was overall extremely satisfied with my personal training session.

By experience, every gym needs a manager leader for its employees, capable of taking them from A to Z. Mr. Franco in the short time that I have seen it shows to be aware of all the details creating a comfortable environment for the clients. That's the kind of manager you need. Here you have one ... The guy behind the counter could've been more attentive. He kept interrupting me every time I'd try to explain that I'd transferred from out of state and just wanted a tour, but bc I couldn't finish my sentence he wasn't understanding. Thrn he attempted to say i voupdnt work out. I alm pst left but the girl overheard and stopped me as i was walking out. Get some customer service, "active listening" skills plz & ty. Otherwise I guess it was alright. I've been to better gyms.

DO NOT COME TO THIS GYM. It's pretty ironic how planet fitness claims to have a "judgment free zone" when all of the employees seemed very judgemental talking and looking at me.
I was kicked out for wearing a sleeveless shirt..yes a modest one. I touched base with corporate which accomplished absolutely nothing. Extremely small regard for those who do not fit their mold.
They also boast about a no contract for signing up. It's a lie, I was locked in for a year with absolutely no way to get out other than paying a $60 opt out fee.
I will say that NOT ALL locations are like this. Some have been very nice and helpful. At locations OTHER than South FL. Please do yourself a favor, learn from my experience and take your business to another gym.

Lacks free weight equipment. But the price is good $10 a month. You get what you paid for.

I was really pleasantly surprised. Good service, friendly staff, including reception and trainer, everything is very clean, and reasonable prices. And on top of all, free pizza night once a month! Who can beat that? Definitely better than LA Fitness, which is where I came from. Would highly recommend.
To top it off, James gives awesome interval classes. You can tell he loves what he does in his dedication and professionalism.

I always love coming here, such a great environment to work out in. The trainer, James, has always been such a great help with my fitness goals. He goes above and beyond to help out his clients in anyway he can. Such a great help to motivate me to try my very best every time I come in! I can't thank him enough for the motivation he brings to this place with his welcoming smile and positive attitude!

The gym is very good, well equipped and its staff is very friendly. In addition, classes with James are the best way to get in shape quickly. He is excellent as a trainer!!

They are so considerste abput the people trying to work out. There is no judging allowed. None whatsoever. They are very patience.

Lots of equipment.
Very clean place.
I have seen many many planet fitness gyms and this one is one of the better ones
