Super fun yoga studio! They taught me several new techniques and are great for refining your skills. The instructors are top notch and extremely talented in their craft. I highly recommend giving a class a try!
Can buy with my sister for the first time last week. We got a little bit lost trying to find the place and so we were a few minutes late. The instructor was very nice when we arrived and got a situated quickly. She started by giving us a quick safety speech and explained the mechanisms of the silk. This really helped me feel safe and focused me to follow the instructions being given by Jo.
The class was really fun and I was happy to try something new. My sister also had a great time and we are planning on coming back for more classes. The studio is a bit far from our house but we're planning on coming back anyway.
The studio great energy, the instructor was very nice and patient. We both felt great afterwards and the experience really set me up to have an amazing day.
If you're even remotely curious I would recommend you try it out.

This place is fabulous! It was my first time. Jo is knowledgeable, patient and fun!!! You won't be disappointed. A little pricey.

Fabulous place. So much fun doing gravity fitness with the owner JO. She knows her stuff and is patient like a saint. Even though I have a yoga sling, I was not able to do back flips and other moves with out the expertise of a trained professional. Try it, you'll like it! 5 star guarantee.
