Excellent programming for all levels including competitors, very old equipment. Sadly another strength and conditioning business now shares the floor space, workout space is now limited, shame bc this box used to be so spacious! Excellent Head Coach, box is in need of activities and a better community. Plenty of parking. Good pricing. Student discount. Offers open gym. Head Coach is highly qualified and certified. Childcare not offered.

I dropped into this box while on vacation. The coaches were great (especially JD !) and the members were very welcoming. There is EVERY type of equipment imaginable. Great place.
