Ridiculous contracts of 2 years! When I asked Tulio about extenuating circumstances being considered, he just replied "well, we have to run a business". Zero consideration for others. That is NOT how you run a business.

Amazing intro classes that are super beginner friendly and a lot of opportunity to advance in your training. Great atmosphere as everyone is very humble and the location is convenient too; close to the turnpike and the palmetto. The instructors are extremely knowledgeable and pass on the technique very well.
Highly recommend.

Same as the other one stars. I went, was pressured to do a year membership and when I tried to cancel they said I have to pay a third of the yearly cost.
I wasn't doing well financially at the time and it cost me a lot to pay the money but it didn't matter to them.
Decided I would never go again.

Staff is friendly and courteous, Instructor Tulio was very knowledgeable and made me feel welcomed. I will be signing up in the near future. Ask to be evaluated to see what level you should start, they have classes for beginners so no sweat if you have no experience. What I do suggest is to make sure your in some type of shape because the drills they have you do are similar to cross fit. If your looking to improve your self-defense skills I would highly recommend this school.

Freestyle Fighting Academy is one of the best if not the best gym in South Florida. All the coaches and staff really put all their time and effort in it she teaching you so that you could improve everyday. You can excel in anything from self defense, mixed martial arts, all the way to the women's fitness boot camp. The women's fitness boot camp is amazing, my fiance completely changed her life around and has felt better and more motivated than ever before. I would definitely recommend the class to all women .

Freestyle Fighting Academy is a great school for mixed martial arts. The instructors, especially coach Che is great with the kids. Not only does he prepare the small kids on skill and mental toughness but most importantly on how to responsibly deal with bullies. This is school and especially coach Che teaches kids how to be a responsible young boys but at the same time as a last result put a good ass whooping when needed. Thank you for all the patience and hard work you display on all the kids but especially my son Ryan.

I loved training here. This is one of the best martial arts gyms I've trained in and certainly one of the best in Miami. The instructors are very personable and are top-notch in their knowledge and instruction. The learning environment was very professional and had a family feel to it. The owners of the gym are always trying to improve the company and are willing to work with you personally as a student. Also, it's open 24 hours!

very knowledgeable, and very nice instructors. They have a lot of patience to work with you and teach you the correct form and steps for any type of technique we are working on. This is awesome school. Instructors I've been there very long time and have competed in the past. Especially coach Che has helped me out to become more knowledgeable in self-defense

FFA is an incredible school. I've been a member for over three years. I've specifically benefited from the following three classes: Strength and Conditioning; Sparring; and Kickboxing. These classes, along with Coach Terry's constant advice, has helped me stay in shape. The coaches at the school are always professional and willing to help in any way possible. There are also different seminars outside of the regular curriculum which are insightful and productive to participate in. The fact that it is opened 24 hours is also a great benefit if you want to do bag work. If you're curious, please check the place out.
