CrossFit 239 is our home away from home when traveling to Cape Coral. The owner and members are very friendly and the workouts are fun and challenging. We've visited her several times over the past few years.

This place is awesome! I've dropped in several times in the past 2 years. They've since upgraded their facilities to a larger footprint. The trainers and members were extremely nice and it's very easy to access right off of 41. I would highly recommend this place.

In town for a wedding and did a drop-in on a Saturday morning, the 239 crew really took care of us. Absolutely terrific coaching, programming, and community. If you're looking for a new gym or just in town, 239 is a great choice. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Great coaches and members. While running our team WOD they were able to seamlessly run a Kids Crossfit class. Plenty of space and equipment for all members and classes going on. Can't wait to drop in on my next visit

Great facility. Awesome coaches. And a very warm and friendly environment, just like crossfit should be. Thanks for letting me workout with all of you. If I lived in Fort Myers, Crossfit 239 would definitely be my box of choice! I would highly recommend to anyone!!!
