Ashtanga Yoga Worldwide has become my second home over the past year. I am happy to drive every morning all the way from Boca Raton just to practice with Greg and the other incredible AYW teachers. The atmosphere at AYW is warm and inviting, and all of the teachers are experienced, knowledgeable and extremely friendly. Greg is one of the kindest, most insightful people I have met, and I am so grateful to have had the opportunity to learn from him during my Ashtanga yoga journey. I am now moving to the Netherlands to attend college, so I unfortunately will no longer be able to practice at AYW on a daily basis, but I will definitely visit whenever I'm back in Florida. If you wish to learn the Ashtanga yoga method from dedicated, professional, caring teachers in a welcoming environment, AYW is the shala for you!

Amazing studio with great teachers! Very clean, comfortable, friendly. A few friends and I travel over regularly from the other side of the state to go and visit.
I am a very beginner in Ashtanga yoga. I used the beginner workshop to begin my journey in the practice. My first two hours was with Amanda ou spend a lot of time explaining me everything about Ashtanga and answering my questions.
After this introduction, we practice the very beginning of the primary series (sun salutation A and B, triangle pose...) Amanda was very patient and a great teacher.
After this introduction I could practice one week during the mysore classes and the lead series. It was awesome. Amanda, Greg, Juan Carlos and Courtney are wonderfull teachers. They always have an eye on everybody and adjust the asanas depending on you.
The shala is cosy and very friendly. This is really a great place to learn. People of the area are very lucky to have a shala like this :)

Do not miss the opportunity to learn traditional yoga from these incredible teachers! Ashtanga Yoga Worldwide is a beautiful, clean, peaceful yoga studio with a positive and warm vibe.
