It's a great place to work out everybody super nice that works there they open up around 5 or 5:30 a.m. and they close early around 4 ish and if you want to get into shape just a place to go

Great facility, great location and coaches. I went here a few times on vacation and really enjoyed the WODs. Super welcoming environment which is always nice! Highly recommend. I'll be back next time I'm in the area for sure.

Moving back home, I was looking for another CrossFit box similar to my old one; one that's filled with knowledgable coaches, friendly people, a great atmosphere, and a clean area. I ended my search after trying out CrossFit Empirical. From the moment I walked through the door I was welcomed by everyone and continue to be treated like family. The coaches encourage me to challenge myself and constantly watch and tweak my form, making me stronger and safer. The dynamic of the group changes with the people, but it is always fun and always supportive. Absolutely great all around.
If you are looking to drop in, this is the place. They answered the phone on the first ring. Easy online waiver process; easy pay; $25 gets you great coaching; a great workout; tee-shirt; a great facility and friendly welcoming people.

I drop in at Empirical about once every 6 weeks on business trips and these guys are great! I get to drop in around the country and this is one of the best I've been to. Great coaching, great facility!
