Great place for strength sports or athletic performance training - despite being a smaller facility the gym is packed with high-level equipment including calibrated plates, bumpers, speciality bars, strongman implements, etc.
Convenience of a key club and everything that you need to get strong, fast, fit, etc.

24 key entry gym with all the essentials for any iron sport. No treadmills or yoga mats, this is strictly everything you need for strength training. The kilogram plates will change your life and the ER rack is great for different height lifters that want to train the same lift at the same time. Make sure you bring your own water though.

Full freedom of training hours and training types. Music could be loud from time to time, but overall not much to complain.

This place it great. Broward Barbell Center is just that, equipment and people that are into lifting, squatting, strength training, strongman competitions, etc. The coach is very nice and helpful. they have a membership where you can access 24/7 and they have personal trainers who do group classes. I did it and I really liked it! I got a few friends to do it with me.
