Just came to train with my friend that had told me about this place in Groupon. Waited 15mins to anyone to come out to the lobby to attend me. So we could schedule the workout. No one attended me. I used the bathroom while waiting. Someone knocked hard on the door and it was the trainer kicking us out. I told her about Groupon and she said out. Pretty sure she's racist there are no dark people training with her. Yeah won't recommend this place. Corporate places are more diverse.
This place is absolutely awesome. The instructors are excellent, encouraging and inspirational. The owers are incredible and genuine. I can't say enough about how awesome this studio is. Best in Fort Lauderdale!

Death never felt so good! Coming from someone who loves a challenge I would hands down recommend The Fit Shop. From our first step in it just feels like home. The staff makes it a priority to push everyone from the inside out but most importantly for us, we weren't just a number ... we were part of their vision and team from the start. We look forward to making it there as much as we can.
Best classes I have ever taken. The instructors teachers make sure you have good form and are doing the exercises correctly. All different people with different abilities. Great music that makes you want to work out!
