props to Rick. With his training and motivation I was able to lean up and lower my body fat to 16% and add on 15 pounds of lean muscle mass. He helped me get the body I have always wanted. He trains with a mix of weight training and extreme core/ab exercises, as well as kickboxing for all my cardio needs. Been to gyms on and off for years and this is the best workout program I have ever had. Thanks Rick!!!!
