I got invited by a good friend of mine to come try it out since I do need it. I enjoyed the experience and it was a full class.The teacher was very nice and not too pushy which was my main concern.

Always leave with a smile, feeling calm and peaceful. Teachers are wonderful..space is beautiful. Very unique. Highly recommend.

Wonderful urban yoga studio in downtown Ft. Lauderdale teaching classical Hatha yoga. Instructors are kind and patient, willing to assist with poses and techniques. A great place for beginners and experienced yogis alike!
