Riptide Crossfit has a friendly, easy going atmosphere that welcomes newcomers. There are always several trainers working with someone on hand to give personal training and coaching. Everyone works out at their own level and encourages each other. I started the classes with a problematic calf injury, and I feel the work there has helped me to make a full recovery. The classes are always varied, never repetitive from one day to the next. After most work outs I really feel I pushed myself, and overall I feel my body trending towards complete fitness.
