Exceeds my expectations every day I am here. Chris and joe (trainers) are on it. I've had psoas muscle issues that chris has helped extensively with me to help get it back in line. So far so good!!!
The space is great, very large and open. The workouts are put together well from what I experienced. However, they offer two free classes to try them out and the front desk attendant didn't seem to know what was going on. My first class, I used my ClassPass credits and they acted like it wasn't a real thing and offered me a complimentary class. Then I received an email telling me to use my second complimentary class before I signed up so I went again, and then she said "The owner is going to think I'm giving this gym away for free."
My favourite gym love it here my gym family. Staff is wonderful
Not being an employee of any gym in the Pensacola area I can subjectively tell you this is the worst gym on planet earth. I would only recommend this gym if you enjoy spending more money on your injury due to lack of knowledgeable coaching. You will not receive adequate coaching and the program is terrible.
I have never written a review before but feel compelled to do so after the treatment I received at Alpha Omega while in town for work. The owner, Joe, is a kind hearted and genuine man. He went far above and beyond in making me feel welcome. His facility is incredible and has anything you would ever need in a gym, and the people are very friendly. Joe went out of his way to welcome me into his gym and writing a review is the very least I can do to thank him. If you are on the fence about heading over to AO, think again - there is something there for anyone and everyone.

I find myself excited to go workout because I feel great and it's fun! Never do I feel judged or put down! There are people of all fitness levels and age groups! I would highly recommend Alpha Omega Sports Performance to anyone!

My wife and I dropped in on a Saturday while on vacation. Brad was a great coach and the facility was top notch. There were other athlete's participating in open gym, but they weren't a distraction to the class since the faculty was laid out so well. Being gym owners, we appreciate it when CrossFit is done right! We will definitely come back next time we visit Pensacola.
