Amazing service. Great price for the gym membership compared to other gyms. Even during a pandemic they manage to keep the doors open and the areas sanitized. Never had a problem with them and will always recommend them.
I had an issue with billing and cancelling. I called over the phone in August to cancel my account. I was told over the phone i had to come in person. So i did this and when i arrived and the lady at the front desk said i was good to go and did not need to turn anything in. I get notice today that I received a 40 point mark on my credit because I have a bill sent to a collection agency from crunch fitness for not paying my account. Manager on site Hannah advised there is nothing she can do and she apologizes their employee did not follow proper protocol for cancelling but at this time there is nothing they can do and I must just take the mark on my credit plus still pay the collection agency. Horrible training of new employees and will never recommend this Gym to anyone.

Too many people! With so many people around its quite unsafe to do your workout. There's literally no room. the hours are terrible. I go there sometimes just to do cardio as my main gym is in Deland and I'll be lucky to get a free bike. You're also not allowed to bring a bag with your workout. how are people supposed to carry their workout gear? Most have gloves, wraps, belts, log book, etc. They really need to be a 24 hr gym with the amount of people who go. Quit signing up people, its only going to get busier.

I like crunch it's nice it has two things what others gym doesn't have . A water massage and a tanning machine. The only downside is they do not have a sauna. :(

I love everything about this gym except one thing: the group fitness instructor that uses the functional fitness area/astroturf on weeknights. She is always in the way, acting like she owns the place. If anyone is near her little class, she runs them off in a rude manner. You have other places to do your class! Other paying members should be allowed to use the equipment too.

Love this gym! It's amazing that they have group classes and Tanning included for $20 a month. They also have yoga which I love. The only complaint I have is there's too much cardio equipment. There are a million and one treadmills and stair climbers and not enough weight lifting stuff.
Awesome gym! Low price for a membership. Great equipment, classes, daycare, personal training, massage chairs....this place has everything!!!! The front desk staff is knowledgeable and friendly!

A very nice Gym and clean. The issue I have is you go in for a workout and feel good when you done, but you leave feeling sick if you shower there due to your lungs being compromised from all the fumes/chemicals being used the bathroom. The cleaning people will spray chemicals and mop right around you.
They have LOTS of equipment, so you don't have to wait for anything. Big room for classes. Gym and bathrooms always seem clean when I've been there. Lots of wipes stationed stationed around so you can clean off the equipment.
Can upgrade a basic $10 membership to get hydro massage and tanning.
Would get FIVE stars, but their kids room is so VERY lacking in EVERYTHING when I looked in there. There is next to nothing for kids to play with, mostly a big, empty room. And they said you have to pay EXTRA for this service. Two thumbs down here! Definitely need to put a lot more effort into keeping people with kids happy there!

This place is great! Not only do they have friendly, helpful staff but all the workout equipment you'll need on the road to a better you. Membership is cheap and you'll never find a better gym anywhere!

Best fitness center in Deltona. Excellent facility, staff and atmosphere. Everyone made me feel welcomed. I highly recommend them!
The facility still looks clean. The employees are all very nice. The classes are excellent and the instructors are excellent. So far my only complaint is that the people using the heavyweights keep dropping them and it is very distracting and annoying especially during yoga class. Letting the weights Bang was against the rules in LA Fitness and Planet Fitness. However, when I asked one of the employees at the desk if they could ask the people using the weights to not bang them, like put up a sign to not let the weights Bang during yoga class, I was told that they cannot do that. I think that's absolutely ridiculous. if they make it a rule then they should expect the members to follow it. Now I'm rethinking whether or not I want to keep my membership here.
The staff, whether it's instructors, daycare, front desk or cleaning, are some of the most amazing people! Everyone is happy and truly seem to love what they are doing! Thank you everyone! Your appreciated!
Really like this gym so far. I've been to Planet Fitness, L.A Fitness, and Athletic APEX. All gyms local in the Orange City/Sanford location. What I LOVE about this gym is that it's almost never packed, the wait time for machines isn't long, and YOU CAN TAN! I've gone to different gyms but this one has been amazing so far. The ONLY reason why I won't give it 5 stars is because of the hours. I wish they were open later and open earlier on the weekends. The hours needs to be longer! But besides that, I love this gym and highly recommend it.
