A friend of mine introduced me to this studio, never having practiced this style of yoga before my first session I appreciated so much! It was so different from any other studio, the studio and it's teachers Carol & Val offer a really beautiful container to learn, & grow into your practice, giving AMAZING adjustments and guidance in this style of yoga for all levels. Grateful I found this studio, and this practice.
I loved my first Mysore experiences at the Delray yoga Shala. Both carol and Valerie are deeply kind, dedicated and extremely good instructors. They have given me a very special gift.
I am always happy to walk through the door and am always smiling when I leave. Welcoming, clean, respectful of all levels, and very challenging for anyone who wants to push too. The teachers are the best!
This is a great studio for serious yoga practitioners regardless of level. Experienced and caring teachers, friendly and clean environment. Bring a towel! You will release all toxins. Will definitely return to Shala on my next visit to Delray

I came here while visiting family. The studio is beautiful and clean. I loved the fresh breeze that came thru the windows and lots of natural light. I normally do not practice ashtanga however I found the instructor extremely good in proving the guidance I needed and was able to go straight thru 90 min class. The yogis were at all levels and very warm and friendly. I will come back on my next trip.

Definitely need to write on top of this one start review. I've been on and off of this studio, because of work and life schedule, but I won't go anywhere unless I move from the area. The studio is neat, the teachers are amazing and caring, there is no judgement to nobody here, plus the owner does really care about the students, not only in class but outside in life. One person experience can be confused to not have connected with the practice, because it takes time. I would recommend the studio to everyone.
I am grateful to have spent the first ten years of my yoga practice with Richard Freeman at his studio ,The Yoga Workshop, in Boulder, Colorado. The hardest part of moving to Florida was leaving this infamous Ashtanga yoga studio, and his teachings. Finding the Yoga Shala in Del Rey was like coming home. Thank you to Carol Diamond and her partner Tom for establishing a studio with such a high level of integrity with the ancient ashtanga yoga lineage and tradition. Carol's compassionate heart and warmth are icing on the cake. The amazing teaching staff are of the highest level of expertise and dedication to their practice and that of their students. I feel blessed each day I enter the studio once again to experience Sri Phattabhi Jois's famous quote, "practice and all is coming." Dr. Juliana Dahl
My first ashtanga practice. Beautiful studio that smells really great! Showers in the bathrooms. Instructor was very friendly and Gave hands on adjustments.
Truly the best yoga studio I've been to! The instructors are extremely welcoming (it really is a studio with a family/community feeling) and push you to your personal edge, making sure you get the most out of your practice. If you believe in "energies" this studio space had an extremely good energy. I am always motivated to do my best and leave feeling accomplished and refreshed.
