I started my first Pilates class EVER at The Sweat Barre and from that day on, I knew I was going to be a lifetime Pilates enthusiast for fitness, strength, mobility, flexibility, tone, posture, and even mental attitude. I started the first 5 classes with Holly who was so encouraging, supportive, and friendly, and the studio has such a great vibe. When I had to leave to go out of town for the summer, I determined that I would follow Joseph Pilates' guidelines: "In 10 sessions, you will feel the difference, in 20, you will see the difference, and in 30, you will be on the way to having a whole new body." I got all the way up to the 29th session at few other studios on the West Coast, and I could not wait to come back to the Sweat Barre to do my 30th with Holly! It is all true! Pilates will change your body! And, having an amazing instructor along with genuinely nice clients/classmates really makes it such a wonderful experience and worth every minute and every penny!
