fantastic. I've done the Vinyasa and Yin classes and all the instructors are exceptionally nice and helpful. their classes appeal to people at all levels of expertise because they will give different options during each vinyasa for beginners, intermediates, and experts. furthermore, they have a great bamboo garden hidden in the back and will hold classes out there - weather permitting.
