Man this place is the drip straight up great amazing owners and cool instructors cannot say enough best gym I've ever been to in my life. This place slaps!!

I used to go to 6:30pm bootcamp classes. Always a fun and awesome class, Shannon knows how to motivate the class to go passed their limits. Great energy and attitude!
All of the trainers here lead great classes everyday, with good music, positive energy, and intense full body workouts. Superb!!
I love this fitness center. Clean, quiet, and quite large. I love the private virtual workouts, and I have never experienced such smooth machines. If I could afford to build a gym in my home, it would be exactly like this one.

I don't even know where to start, I have been to several boxes and have never found the level of care, attention, and just all around exceptional-ism that i found in CFDB. Sean and all the coaches take an individual interest in everyone that walks through the door and treats them like family. the hardest part of moving away from Delray is that the standards and expectations set by CFDB are impossible to find anywhere else. I miss everyone and can't wait for the next sunday i can make it to the weightlifting class. Thank you so much to everyone at CFDB.

I have been a member of this gym "box" since the beginning (October 2008). The quality of the trainers, facilities, programming, and most of all the other members make this Crossfit gym a true gem.
I don't even know where to start, I have been to several boxes and have never found the level of care, attention, and just all around exceptional-ism that i found in CFDB. Sean and all the coaches take an individual interest in everyone that walks through the door and treats them like family. the hardest part of moving away from Delray is that the standards and expectations set by CFDB are impossible to find anywhere else.
