This is an excellent facility to worth every visit. They have top notch coaches who are highly experienced, polite and patient with our many questions. I feel extremely safe and confident with their services and I'm very satisfied with the results. Couldn't be happier with their work and highly recommend!
This place has been a blessing ... I have found a second family. I love going to the gym, I look forward to each class. I love bringing my son with me and he watches me while I work out. The coaches are awesome, they show you that they care about you and your progress and they are always there to help you. Best place to workout!
I LOVE working out at HEW! The atmosphere is very inviting, great coaches, great people. The support that you get from them is amazing. I've never felt so in love with a gym before. HEW is my favorite gym in town. come and join HEW family as well and see results! I'm very happy with my decision joining HEW family. It's so worth it!

Massage Floater Katie has a massage studio inside HEW. She is a great therapist. I left heeling so relaxed. She worked out my knots and tension in my upper back. Thanks.

Nice local gym great atmosphere and the people are very nice.
The facility is clean, comfortable and has enough equipment for all. The trainers are awesome and offer good guidance for new members. The training programs are challenging but, not harmful to beginners because of the exercise modifications that the trainers offer.I recommend HEW to those looking for effective fitness and conditioning programs.

I've never felt more at home, accepted and supported in a gym full of healthy and fit people in my life. I've struggled with my weight, health and appearance my entire life. It was only natural that I would feel that my peers and coaches with judge me and make me feel less than. Bryan, Haleigh and their whole staff go 5 extra miles to make you feel accepted, supported, appreciated and truly push you to your best ability. The motivation and encouragement from the coaches and peers is what keeps me going back. HEW in Deerfield Beach, Florida is more than just a gym. HEW is an experience that keeps you anticipating what the next obstacle course is that will make you feel like you pushed your body to new places that make you feel healthier and happier.
I cannot BEGIN to tell you how much I love this HEW Fitness Center along with the FANTASTIC staff and coaches! I thought at 53 years old, I was doomed with gravity, but thanks to this wonderful group of people that I met and work there, I am PUMPED and ready to go! Brian & Hayley are amazing and it's like "family" to me when I am there! Thank you to all the coaches for all the support in letting me believe and know that I CAN DO IT!!! Thanks guys xo Donna
On the very first day here, I realized that it was a completely different from other gyms. Structured workouts, extreme cleanliness and organization. All the coaches are excellent. I can't be more thankful for Bryan and Haleigh, they helped me with every single goal accomplished (diet, performance and technique). The most important is how you feel here, the great atmosphere of everyone encouraging each other. Hard exercise works!
Hard exercise works is not your ordinary gym. You belong to a part of something bigger there and you feel like family. Everyday the coaches push you further to reaching your goals. I love coach Bryan and Haleigh, they are the ultimate dream team and I would not be as far as I am today physically without them!
I was never a gym person until I walked into HEW. It's very clean and welcoming. You will see results! They offer way more than just the gym. The coaches are very encouraging and dedicated! They keep it interesting, challenging and fun! We get together outside of the gym to enjoy paddle boarding, charity events, happy hour and more! Come and join the family!
