I'm a 60-year-old woman in good health and a long-time home exerciser, but my strength and balance were declining. I've been working with Heath twice a week for about six months now and it's made a huge difference in my posture, balance, stamina and overall strength.
Though he will do individual training in your home, my workouts have been in a very small group (2-6 people, women & men) which gives you personal attention without making you feel like you're being watched every second. Each class runs about 40 minutes and the time FLIES by! We do two circuits of 6-7 exercises, each done three times, to fast-paced music at timed intervals. We use a lot of strength training equipment - dumbbells, bands, suspension straps, stability ball & bosu ball. And though it's strength training, the pace and effort get your heart rate up quite a bit too. It's so much fun you forget how hard you're working!
it's nice working out in a friendly, relaxed environment. You feel like you're among friends and all working toward improving overall health no matter what your fitness level is. Heath customizes the workout to your individual abilities. There's no pressure, just continued improvements in energy, strength & well-being. Highly recommended!
