This is such an amazing school offering so many fun activities. The teachers are kind, patient and really get to know their kids and treat them like family. It is never to young to start healthy habits and this school does just that, helping to create a well rounded student/child.... more

Terrible! Went for the first free class today at 9 am and I honestly did not even feel welcomed! Usually when I am new in a gym or a class the coach approaches me, welcomes me, asks me for my name and asks me how active I am to make sure I do not overwhelm myself and they ask if I have had any prior injuries so they know how to work with me or give me different work outs so that I dont hurt myself.... more
Great gym. Super clean and you don't have to wear a mask. Love it. By far one of the most complete gyms I have been to. They have a great combination of machines with real metal weights and some old school equipment which I personally love.... more
I had my reservations about crossfit but once I entered this gym from the owners to the trainers that fear disappeared. Everyone was so knowledgeable and helpful. I am returning this weekend and can't wait to take another class!.... more
