It would be a 10 if it was a bit hotter for Bikram yoga, was cleaned after every session and it had showers. It has great instructors, no contract and great pricing. It is a beautiful place.... more

Great gym. Super clean and you don't have to wear a mask. Love it. By far one of the most complete gyms I have been to. They have a great combination of machines with real metal weights and some old school equipment which I personally love.... more
I had my reservations about crossfit but once I entered this gym from the owners to the trainers that fear disappeared. Everyone was so knowledgeable and helpful. I am returning this weekend and can't wait to take another class!.... more
The people and team are super nice :)). One thing I do not like though!!! Every time i use one of the treadmill or elliptical in the last 1 1/2 Month, either one of the TV monitors was not function, bad picture or no tone! Can happen but it happens to often for my taste.... more
