I've been going for almost 2 years, its the best place to get a full body workout. The boxing boot camp on Mondays Wednesdays and Fridays will kick your butt. Once you see the change in your body, you want more. Thursdays is sparring, the best way to apply what you learn in the boot camp and if you want to become an amateur, coach Javiel will guide you through the whole process of registering and getting fights. There are over 10 heavy bags, a pro boxing ring, weights, an area for Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and a coach who has a passion for boxing but also a passion for pushing you and getting the best out of you.
