Shawn and claudia run the most badass gym I have ever been to. They are so helpful and accommodating. They have the best equipment from competition plates to mono lifts and pro benches. You have to see this gym to believe it

Best Gym in the area. The staff and owners are friendly. The environment is supportive and friendly. The equipment is great: Three competition bench, two monolift, bands, rollers, kilo and pound plates, chains, sled, tires, specialties bars. I feel at home.

This gym is the best powerlifting gym in South Florida. They have the equipments needed from monolifts, chalks, chains, specialty bars, you name it. The owner Claudia is very nice and welcoming. I truly recommend this gym to anyone!

I came here on classpass and had one of the most phenomenal workouts of my life. Eric and Angel pushed me hard, and emphasized proper form. This is clearly a powerlifting gym, but even neophytes who are just looking to get in shape can benefit from and appreciate the friendly, helpful gym culture and attention to perfecting form to maximize the benefits of your effort at the gym and mitigate injury risk.

This is not your ordinary gym, it's a family. My son who is a senior in high school has been going there to build up his strength and he loves it. The owners take working out seriously and they want to see everyone meet their goals.

Finally...finally!!! A real gym in broward!!!! Old school meets new school gym with chalk and iron weights!!!.. Who knew those still existed!... Amazing place...extremely knowledgeable owners... I felt welcomed to the family very fast, a family of lifters not selfie taking idiots like you see in the gym bro gyms.... I will definitely will be training there and recommending this place for anyone who wants to lift some serious weights with serious equipment... Thanks to all the owners for letting me train yesterday... I will see you soon!
