I have nothing but great things to say about Retro. I have never been to a gym that accommodates its members the way Retro does. In my fitness journey, I would join a gym, work out for about a month, maybe two and quit. From the first day I joined, I have not looked back and I am going on two years. The class instructors, the front desk staff, the trainers and the owners provide a personal touch that motivates you. Everyone has to have a reason why to motivate them to keep going. Mine was coming off several surgeries, I wanted to be healthy and strong. I joined the Team Training. The first trainer was Adam, followed by Sam, Rich and Arthur. They motivate you to keep going, pick up the heavier weight and call you when you are cheating yourself. They each have their own uniqueness that continues to challenge me. I read some of the bad reviews here and have to disagree. The man who complained about re-racking his weights, that is one of the reasons this is a great gym, they take pride in their equipment and make sure the gym is clean. I have not encountered equipment that was broke for extended periods of time. Things break, but it has never been an issue...I love Retro....
