I've been going to youfit on and off for years, I've never had an issue till recently. I signed up for the trainings for just 3 months, I was super dedicated and I absolutely loved my trainer. I've only been doing the trainings for 2 months. I've recently had a situation happen that I was not aware of my trainer switching stores and also not aware of certain things when signing up for training sessions with Youfit. They are all MONEY HUNGRY and do not care about their clients.
Well about several weeks ago, the management has been pulling things out of their butt. I called to speak to a manager, instead I had the associates call me to tell me what the managers had told them. So they clearly just wanted to avoid the situation. SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL. They also told me they would call me back with a solution, they didn't call me back for days.
Secondly, when they finally decided to grow up and call me back, they decided to tell me that this whole thing is MY TRAINER'S FAULT. Absolutely not. They treat their staff the same way as their clients, and THE CLIENTS ACTUALLY PAY THEM TO DO THEIR JOB, funny.
Needless to say, I will be taking my business somewhere else.
