beautiful space with a profound healing energetic vibe. owner/operator julianna is truly a little hidden gem amongst the yoga community. they also always have the cutest clothing for sale in their boutique. i highly recommend this studio to all who are new/experience/looking for more soul in their flow.
I was recommended to this jewel of a find by another yoga teacher and have discovered Juliana, Kala and company have created a warm, inviting and uplifting environment that seems to genuinely sooth the soul and calm the mind. I am a newly minted yoga instructor from a different nearby studio and feel fortunate to have found Yoga 4 Life studios. I assure you, you 'll be happy when you make the effort to come here.

I truly love coming to Julianna's classes. I don't come often, but each time i do, I ask myself why I'm not there every week. She is truly a dispenser of peace and healing, the finest yoga teacher in the area.
There is a warm and welcoming aura in this studio I cannot compare to anywhere else. It is older, less modern, not fancy, but the type of place where you feel the wisdom and the energy of gurus past and present. It is an Ashram where magic happens. I know this because I experience it each time I go. I'd trade fancy and new for this healing wisdom and magic energy any day of the year. Love love love Guru Juliana and her teachers.

Everything from the ambiance to the spiritual vibration of the space crates a sacred place to experience the mind- body-spirit that embodies yoga for me. I have had the pleasure of practicing with many different teachers, each of whom impart positive energy, mindfullness and experiential support to allow you to be your personal best in each class. They are experienced in breath work, asanas, and the subtleties of redirection just to name a few of their abilities. I enjoy each and every time I am blessed to experience yoga at Yoga 4 Life.

Amazing studio with incredible energy. I can't put into words how much I love this place. I've enjoyed all the classes I've taken here,but Juliana's Healing and Amelia's Raja are what make my weeks complete. I highly recommend to anyone.
