Worst LA fitness around for multiple reasons... staff is rude, zero customer service. Don't bother reporting anything broken, dirty, or request for new equipment, they look at you like you're speaking a foreign language.
Every single piece of equipment is either broken, rusting, in dangerous condition, or all of the above. Not one piece of equipment from weights to machines to cardio equipment is exempt.
Carpets are filthy, why is there carpet anywhere in a gym in the first place? Stretch mats are filthy and seemingly are never cleaned. Weight lifting area flooring is a waste, there's an impact damping material, on top of concrete, and not padding or a shock absorber like anyone with a brain would install.
The weight area itself caters to bodybuilders only and not athletes or strength trainers. There are benchpress bars and weights on the olympic racks for goodness sake... If you're attempting to appear like you lift weights, great. If you're and athlete or strength trainer steer clear of this gym, the equipment quite literally can't handle these kinds of workouts, all of the bars are falling apart and are rusting.
A complete disgrace to this organization, but here's thre best part: The COO of LA fitness has an office in this gym yet it's in terrible condition. It's an insult to all members. No wonder this gym doesn't get nearly as busy as the others in the area. No wifi either despite literally hundreds of members putting the request in because there's no cell phone reception... Really, you can't afford $100 a month for wifi? With all of these issues at this location being consistent over the years but absolutely nothing being done about it, I wonder where all of our money is really going...
Oh, and the music sucks.
