Great place to workout. I love the atmosphere and the staff. The trainers never make you feel bad. You do what you can do but they want you to push yourself. First gym that I actually like to go to.

LOVE OTF, and especially the coaches and staff at Parkland. In 4 months my muscle tone is back to were it was before a year old injury and I'm almost back to my were I was before I got hurt.
I love the trainers the most. They help you every step of the way and answer all your questions. You get a great workout and a great trainer for the fraction of the cost of having a personal trainer. If you want to get in shape and educated about fitness, Orange Theory is the place to go!

Started at OTF a couple months ago after 4 years of not doing any exercise and I'm obsessed. The membership plans make me feel more accountable and not want to miss a class, and the heart rate monitoring makes me more competitive and to really push myself. Staff is great, make me feel I've been going there for years, and the instructors care to correct my form and push me. Love it!!!!
I love OTF! It is hard! The group classes are great because you can compete and push yourself harder. The trainers are motivated and fun. They keep you pushing even when you want to stop. Definitely see results fairly quickly if you are consistence and maintain those results with more energy and overall feel better attitude everyday.
The coaches cheer us on and don't beat us down. The workouts keep changing but not so much that we don't know what we're doing. We are able to work at the levels of our individual abilities and choose how much we push ourselves. In this way - we "own" our workout.
Best workout...coaches are awesome. I've had 4 personal trainer in the past. Nothing compares to this.
Best workout in an hour. For a non-runner. I am now running and keeping up with everyone else. The coaches push you to do your best. It's the only class I will get up at four in the morning to get to a five am class...Addicting
